Three-color image (green = Spitzer-IRAC4 8 μm, red = Midcourse Space Experiment (MSX) 21.3 μm, blue = LAsMA (13CO(3–2) moment-0)) of the G305 star-forming complex. The 21.3 μm emission is dominated by hot dust in the HII region. The colder gas is traced by the 13CO(3–2) line emission. The interface between the ionized and molecular gas appears as a blend of green (strong 8 μm emission from PAHs), blue (colder molecular gas), and occasionally red (interfaces very close to HII regions). The positions of the Danks 1 and 2 clusters are given by the smaller and the larger white circles, respectively, and WR48a is shown as a white star.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
